Meal Account Transfer and Refund Requests
Information for Wallet Refund Requests for Graduating Seniors and Students NOT Returning to CUSD 200:
If your child is graduating or moving out of Community Unit School District 200 and will no longer be using PushCoin for meals or other school purchases, follow these steps to request a balance refund.
Log in to your PushCoin account.
Activate the menu (three dots) next to your student's profile picture.
Fill out the form and click "Request Refund". Your request will go directly to the CUSD200 Business Office.
Before you request a full refund of your student's balance, keep in mind:
If you have an outstanding negative balance in either your Wallet or Fees account, a refund request will not be processed.
You can always transfer - "Move Money" - any outstanding positive balance to another child in your PushCoin account, free of charge.
The deadline to request Wallet refunds is June 24, 2024.
All returning students' Wallet account funds automatically carry over with him/her to the next school year, and balances will follow the student. No action is required for returning students.
Refunds and transfers cannot be processed if there are outstanding student fees.
All previous year student account balances are considered closed and non-refundable.
Student Fees account balances automatically carry over with the student as well.
