Exciting times for CUSD 200 high school students in the Intro to Teaching course! These future educators have just embarked on their student teaching internships, where they’ll be spending valuable time shadowing elementary and middle school teachers across the district. By the end of the semester, they'll have completed 30 internship hours and will have the opportunity to lead a lesson themselves. We’re thrilled to spotlight one of our talented students, Storey from Wheaton Warrenville South High School, who had an amazing first day with Ms. Dvorak’s first grade class at Lincoln Elementary School. As you can see from the smiles in this photo, Miss Storey and her first graders are already forming a wonderful connection and are off to a fantastic start! #YourCommunitySchools

Because of our district’s fiscal responsibility, we have a unique opportunity to implement the community’s plan to modernize our middle schools while giving our taxpayers even more property tax relief.
