Welcome to the Monroe Middle School  Social Work page!  

On this site, we hope to provide you with information about community activities and resources, as well as articles and information about topics relevant to middle school students.  Our goal is to meet the social and emotional needs of the students at Monroe, as well as provide support for their families.  As social workers, we offer a variety of services within the school: we consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, help develop behavior intervention strategies, provide individual and small group counseling, consult on problem solving teams, collaborate on evaluations for special education, provide information and links to community resources and provide crisis intervention services when needed.

  • Volunteer at school events and fundraisers

  • Help your child with homework

  • Attend school events such as sports, concerts and plays
