This workshop will focus on helping parents identify effective strategies for helping their child manage anxiety. We will look at common strategies that are often used and talk about the effectiveness of each strategy, as well as, go over tips for managing one's own anxiety as the parent. Dr. Jung is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and has been practicing with Meier Clinics in Wheaton, IL for 10 years. She works with children, adolescents, women, and couples within individual, family and marital counseling.
